By booking onto the workshops, paying for goods or services you are agreeing to our terms and conditions:

1 DEFINITIONS

“Goods and Services”: the goods and services that we are selling to you as set out in the Estimate/ Order/ Invoice;

“We/Our/Us”: Winsper Design Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 05988749 whose trading address is at 105 Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, South Staffordshire, WV8 1PF.

2 OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

2.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Goods and/or Services to you. They apply to all the work we carry out for you.

2.2 The images of the Goods on our website or brochures which we may show you are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that the pictures accurately reflect the colour or finish of the Goods. Your Goods may vary slightly from those images and we will make every effort to discuss any differences with you prior to ordering the Goods.

2.3 Your place on the workshop is not confirmed and we have no obligation to you until full payment is received.

3 CANCELLATION AND REFUND

3.1. Orders for goods cannot be cancelled if we have already ordered the goods from our suppliers or despatched your goods to you.

3.2 You will not be able to cancel your Order for Made-to-measure and Bespoke goods that are made to your requirements, once the order is initiated (but this will not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to made-to-measure  and Bespoke goods that are faulty or not as described).

3.3 Where possible refunds will be reasonably accommodated where applicable and are subject to our suppliers handing and re-stocking charges.

3.4 Workshops are non-refundable unless we can fill your space. You will not be entitled to a refund nor will we offer a transfer of your booking or provide a credit note unless the space is filled.

3.5 Friends and family may attend in your place for any course providing we have been given 24hrs notice before the course commences. Please provide us with the names and contact details of anyone attending in your place.

3.6 Courses bought as gifts are subject to the same cancellation policy.

3.7 All our Courses have a minimum attendance level and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received.

3.8 We reserve the right to cancel or postpone workshops at any time..

4 DELIVERY OF GOODS

4.1 Please note that timescales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the Goods. We will always keep you fully updated if timescales change.

4.2 You only own the goods once we have received payment in full.

4.3 Pre-Christmas delivery of goods and completion of projects is never guaranteed.

5 PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.1 You must make payment for any goods and/or services on receipt of an invoice from us, via electronic bank transfer using the account details set out on our invoice. Invoices are payable immediately on receipt by you.

5.2 If you are booking onto a workshop, payment must be made in full through Paypal or bank transfer.

6 THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE OF GOODS
6.1 The goods may come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. We will notify you of any such guarantee when the goods are delivered, and provide any relevant paperwork with the goods.
6.2 In the event that you wish to rely on a manufacturer’s guarantee, we will use our reasonable endeavours to help you rectify any problems, but ultimately the manufacturer is responsible for dealing with any issues in respect of the Goods.
6.3 This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights in relation to the goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

7 CLIENT SUPPLIED INFORMATION

7.1 If we have not specified or advised on the size, colour or finish of goods and services ordered and supplied we are not responsible for any issues arising.

7.2 In the event of a client providing their own specification for goods or services ordered, we will not be responsible for issues arising because of those provided specifications.  Specifications include but are not limited to dimensions and finish.

8 WORKSHOP

8.1 You must attend on a punctual basis unless prevented by events which are beyond your reasonable control. We are unable to delay start times for late arrivals; course begin at the time stated.

8.2 We do not accept Adult Workshop bookings from anyone under 18 years of age unless otherwise stated. We are able to make exceptions in some circumstances so do get in touch.

8.3 We are entitled to change the timing and/or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.

8.4 Disruptive behaviour: Abusive or inappropriate behaviour or language, threatening or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other students will result in you being removed from the workshop. Your payment will not be reimbursed in this event.

9 YOUR DATA

9.1 No credit or debit card information will be held by Winsper Design Ltd.

9.2 We will not sell your data to any third parties.
